On the south side of the 401 at Thickson Road South, MGI's equipment rolled into 1400 Victoria Street, East, Whitby ON to perform the excavation, site development, and heavy civil works for this project. Before the site works were complete, the property was a vacant lot with an area of 42,691.40 square meters. The site development consisted of two industrial new builds - one building with an area of 5,643 square meters and the other, slightly larger, at 7,778.
