For this project, we completed land clearing activities in addition to foundation excavations for all houses in the subdivision. We also performed grading and earthmoving activities before project completion. This development is minutes from Lakeridge Health Centre and the Whitby Shores SmartCentres plaza. This development is also across the Whitby Harbour which is the home to Iroquois Beach and The Whitby Yacht Club Sailing School.
