MGI Construction Corp. performed excavation and large-scale earthmoving works to support the development of The Quad at York, a premier student residence community located on York University’s Keele Campus. The project, developed in two phases, introduced state-of-the-art housing facilities designed to meet the needs of students with modern amenities, retail space, and community-focused design. MGI’s scope included site excavation, cut-and-fill operations, and grading to prepare the campus site for vertical construction.
