MGI Construction undertook a significant project at St. Rita at Mary Lake's Long-Term Care residence in King Township. Situated on hundreds of acres of natural heritage land, this project transformed and enhanced the long-term care capacity of the King City community to make way for a 160-bed expansion to the care facility. The work scope comprised comprehensive demolition, heavy civil construction, and earthworks.
