MGI Construction Corp. was invited to tender for the demolition and abatement works at S&C Electric’s expansion project located at 90 Belfield Road and 1149-1151 Martin Grove Road in Etobicoke, Ontario. The project supports a major facility growth initiative, with future plans for a 19,800 sq. ft. office addition (Building 4A) and a 109,600 sq. ft. plant addition (Building 7). The demolition scope involves abatement of designated substances and hazardous materials in multiple structures, including the vacated parcel distribution depot, gatehouse, and brick storage building, as well as full demolition and selective site clearing.
