The area of this project site is bounded on the west side by Westburne Drive, on the north side by Rutherford Road, on the east and south sides by existing residential and commercial/industrial properties, respectively. The Rutherford GO station site works included a single-storey station building and canopied walkways; a six-storey parking structure; pedestrian overhead bridges and canopied walkways; a pedestrian overhead stair tower; and two concrete side platforms (New Rutherford West Platform and New Rutherford East Platform) with mini platforms. MGI provided heavy civil services, covering storm sewers and more for this parking lot expansion.
