The Junction House project is located at 2706-2730 Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario and includes the construction of a nine-storey building with an approximate gross building area of 191,403 square feet of mixed-use residential space. The building provides 136,524 square feet of living space (144 units). There are two levels of underground parking—the parking provisions provide a total of 61 parking spaces and 144 bicycle parking stalls. The building, designed by Superkül for Slate Asset Management and Globizen Developments, also includes retail at ground level facing Dundas Street.
