To construct a Canadian Tire in the Trinity Crossing shopping plaza located in Innisfil, Ontario, MGI Construction was hired by Northern Structures Ltd., to perform earthworks and heavy civil services. On this project, we were responsible for an entire foundation excavation in as well as additional site services including but not limited to grading activities. At the time of our completion in 2013, Trinity Crossing is home to retailers such as Dollarama, No Frills, and the LCBO.
