MGI Construction Corp. was contracted by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation to complete the demolition and removal of multiple residential properties located along Wilson Road South and Ortona Avenue in Oshawa. The scope included the safe demolition and disposal of eight single-family dwellings and associated site improvements, including garages, paving, porches, patios, and below-grade foundations. Following demolition, excavations were backfilled with clean material, graded, and topped with screened topsoil and seed to restore the parcels for future use.
