As part of a redevelopment project, Budd's Group of Companies hired MGI Construction to perform demolition, environmental, and heavy civil services. Upon ensuring that any asbestos present on site was removed and disposed of, we began an interior and structural demolition of the existing building to prepare for the expansion and reconfiguration of the dealership. We were also responsible for completing the installation of necessary water and sewer lines for the expanded building. Budd's Group of Companies is a family-owned and operated business that has added numerous brands to its portfolio over the past four decades.
