The property was rectangular in shape and covered an area of approximately 7 hectares (17.3 acres). The property is currently occupied by one slab-on-grade four-storey multi-unit industrial building, with a footprint of approximately 17,000 square meters. The building included several units that were used for a mix of light industrial, commercial, recreational, and institutional purposes. MGI Construction performed selective demolition services including the removal of asbestos and blockwork demising walls.
