Under contract to Van Horne Construction Ltd., MGI Construction completed demolition services. On this project, we were responsible for the interior demolition inside of Churchill Meadows Public School. Our demolition took place close to the school's gymnasium as well as outside of the building, around the schoolyard and the school's portables. To prepare for further construction of this project, we performed heavy civil services which included grading activities and the installation of the necessary water and sewer lines.
