MGI Construction Corp completed servicing works in the East Beaver Creek area of Richmond Hill, Ontario - an evolving mixed-use hub transitioning into a high-density, transit-oriented community along Highway 7 with access to Highway 404. MGI installed stormwater retention chambers and completed the supply and installation of storm, sanitary, and drainage systems. These works support effective water management and align with the City’s long-term infrastructure and intensification plans.
