The project involved an addition to their existing facility located on 100 Pillsworth Road in the Town of Caledon. This project involved the construction of an addition to a first-class industrial facility built in 2017 located in Bolton just seconds away from Highway 50, giving it access to Highway 410, Highway 407 and Highway 427. The total building expansion area is approximately 563,713 square feet, siting on the site area of close to 30 acres. MGI Construction performed the associated earthworks, excavation and heavy civil construction services on this project.
