MGI Construction Corp. was retained by LLA+ Architecture to perform earthworks and heavy civil construction for a new Homesense store, part of the retailer’s continued expansion across Ontario. Located in the Clarkson area of Mississauga, the project required excavation, grading, cut-and-fill operations, and installation of underground servicing to prepare the property for vertical construction. By supporting the development of a modern Homesense location, MGI contributed to strengthening the community’s retail offering and enhancing access to one of Canada’s leading home décor brands.
