MGI performed a complete deep site excavation for the 707 Lofts located on Dovercourt Rd. The 707 Lofts are located close to Little Italy, Koreatown, Chinatown, and Little Portugal. 707 Lofts are located approximately 3 km from George Brown College and the University of Toronto - St. George Campus. The 707 lofts are also located approximately 4 km from the Eaton Centre and 3 km from the Royal Ontario Museum.
