On behalf of Sionito Community Development Corporation and Prime Design Build Corporation, MGI Construction Corp. completed excavation and earthworks for the redevelopment of 591 Finch Avenue West in Toronto. Originally planned as a 10-storey condominium with three underground parking levels, the revised design called for a 12-storey building with two underground levels. MGI’s work prepared the site through excavation, grading, and earthworks, ensuring stable conditions for construction within a dense urban setting adjacent to residential developments and greenbelt lands.
