As Toronto and the GTA continues to grow, so do some of its most premier clubs. The Granite Club is a good representation of that, as MGI Construction was hired by Graham Group Ltd., to assist in the extension of the existing club building. We were responsible for the interior demolition and abatement of the connecting parts of the existing building in addition to the excavation for the foundation that the extension rests upon. heavy civil services were also completed by MGI to develop the infrastructure that is necessary for all buildings.
