MTO Multi Residential Sunnidale Road

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation is working hand and hand with the City of Barrie in the demolition of some residential units to fulfil their plan of improving infrastructure on and surrounding Highway 400.

Road infrastructure is the vein of any city. Roads are a means for truckers to transport goods on behalf of businesses to help sustain a stronger economy. But for other people, it is a way of living—getting to and from work, school, errands, and social activities.

MGI Construction Corp. is taking action on the demolition of multiple residential units for a new Ministry of Transportation development around Sunnidale Road in Barrie, Ontario. This small project included the demolition of a 2-storey residence of approximately 1,977 square feet which included a wood deck and concrete driveway and walkway.
