Audis on the Way: New Four-Storey German Automobile Dealership Coming to Mississauga

A member of the Volkswagen group based in Ingolstadt, Germany, Audi Automobile Manufacturers is well known for its robust engineering and luxurious design. A long-time forward-looking company since 1994, Audi has offered models with 'space-frame technology,' a 100%-aluminum framing system that saves weight and improves torsion rigidity. These models bring a sleek and assertive driving experience that can often make steel cars feel cumbersome in comparison. They look great too; you’re pretty much guaranteed to be the cool cat at the office with one of these bad boys in your spot. Why not spray paint your shoes silver to match?

The company is also contributing to various other convenience and safety innovations. Driver-assistance technologies are currently available in Audi models, and the fully autonomously driving vehicle is a real goal of theirs for the future. If the latter is successful, then one day your morning commute may no longer be wasted on the labour of steering and lane changing, but could finally be channelled toward the things that really matter to you: checking in with loved ones; preparing for that important meeting; or taking the time and patient persistence to truly perfect your traditional bird-calling technique. The possibilities are endless.

While we can’t quite guarantee you’ll ever get to show off those silver shoes at your prestigious regional bird-calling championships, MGI is cheerful to be working in partnership with Audi, setting up for the new 4-storey dealership building in Mississauga.

Our project involves clearing, grubbing, raising grades, using imported clean fill to prepare subgrade, as well as preparing the building foundation works, supply and installation of water main, and some changes to existing storm and sanitary installations. The dealership building will have a 27,600 square foot total area, consisting of a showroom, parts and service shop, sales offices, together with associated parking areas at a 3-acre vacant site located at Toyo Circle, on the northeast corner of Highway 401 and Dixie Road intersection.
