To efficiently meet the fulfillment requirements of its stores, Sobeys decided to expand one of its distribution centres in Vaughan, Ontario. What once was grassland with a lone building on it, is now home to the 500,000 square feet dry grocery distribution centre. We completed earthworks in addition to heavy civil services to bring this project to life. We were responsible for all of the land clearing and site development which included installing the water and sewer lines. It is known to be the first of its kind in Canada which sets the bar high in retailer and grocer supply chains.
