MGI completed the site development and heavy civil works for the new Shoppers Drug Mart Store 5806. The project included the demolition and removal of the existing building, followed by comprehensive site servicing and redevelopment. MGI's scope encompassed excavation, installation of new sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure, underground servicing, grading, asphalt paving, and final site works to deliver a fully serviced commercial property ready for occupancy.
