MGI Construction was responsible for heavy civil construction services for the cafeteria expansion on campus, which is a 590 m2 addition to the existing cafeteria in Building D, a fully renovated kitchen, a variety of food stations intermixed among a mix of seating areas, newly renovated food service offices, a new relocated Flint and Feather staff lounge, select minor renovations to the existing washrooms serving the cafeteria, additional men, women and universal washrooms.
