This major development features two 10-storey towers, connected by a shared podium and underground structure, delivering 640 long-term care beds across more than 466,000 sq. ft. The facility is designed to provide modern, resident-focused care while also incorporating common spaces, administrative areas, and flexible programming to meet evolving community needs. MGI’s scope included earthworks, site services, and heavy civil construction, ensuring the project is built on a foundation of strength, precision, and sustainability. The underground level will accommodate vital support areas, a seniors’ day program, and a living classroom training space, aligning care delivery with education and innovation.
