MGI Construction Corp. completed site grading and parking lot improvement work for an industrial property in Vaughan, Ontario, with a focus on long-term site maintenance, drainage performance, and heavy vehicle accessibility. Scope of work included scraping high areas of existing concrete and reusing the material to fill low-grade areas and railway pads, as well as performing cut and fill operations in accordance with the grading plan. MGI also supplied and placed 19mm and 50mm recycled crushed concrete throughout the site and building areas to achieve final grade requirements. The project enhanced parking lot durability, site functionality, traffic flow, and ongoing maintenance efficiency within the active industrial facility.
