MGI Construction was hired by Orchard Point Development Corporation to perform earthworks and heavy civil services. Before our arrival, Orchard Point was just a piece of land that housed a few cottage properties with a single access road. To transform the land into what now is home to one of the most attractive properties in this stunning Orillia cottage destination, we performed land clearing and earthmoving activities. Following this, we completed a building excavation and developed the site further by performing heavy civil services.
