This project, featured by QuadReal, is a stand-alone, state-of-the-art, pre-cast modern construction building to be built in central Markham, Ontario, Canada. With easy access to 400-Series highways 401, 404, and 407, this project was set to increase the industrial capacity in Markham. MGI Construction was contracted to provide the complete site services scope including sanitary sewers, water/fire main systems, and sanitary sewers according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
