To construct a new townhome complex, Craft Development Corporation needed to remove the existing commercial plaza that was already on the site. To do that, MGI Construction was hired to perform environmental and demolition services. Before demolishing the commercial plaza, we ensured that all asbestos was removed and properly disposed of. We also ensured that the proper remedial activities were performed.
