This project featured the complete structural demolition of an existing commercial property with a sizeable parking lot off the Queen Elizabeth Way in the southern Ontario town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just 30 minutes north of the U.S. Border. This development makes way for future infrastructure improvements from the Ministry of Transportation.
