Instructional Centre (IC-2) is located at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC), at 1265 Military Trail. The building is five levels above grade and one level below grade, and is connected via an underground tunnel to a parking garage. The basement and lower three levels provides 21 new classroom and seminar rooms ranging from 24 seats to 500 seats. Level four will include the Computer & Mathematical Sciences Department (CMS), and level five will include Student Services. MGI Construction Corporation was responsible for the heavy civil servicing under contract to EllisDon.
