When StuCor Construction Ltd., was tasked with expanding the plaza located at Lakeshore Boulevard W. and Browns Line in 2013, they called in MGI to perform a complete site excavation. This commercial plaza is located less than a kilometre from Long Branch GO station making it a great quick pit stop for those on their way! With the addition of LCBO and Dollarama, this plaza is now comprised of 4 stores including No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart.
