This project’s site consisted of approximately 3 acres, which fell between all of the automotive dealerships in Guelph, included 2 commercial buildings, and accounted for a total of 10,200 square feet of demolition and abatement in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Future development is prime for automotive, auction centre, building supply, garden centre, retail sales and services for recreation vehicles, construction and farm equipment and many more applications.
