The project was located at the east of Highway 427 and on the north side of Finch Avenue West in north Etobicoke. The existing property contained a one-story commercial building where MGI Construction was contracted to perform the earthworks associated with repurposing the 22,000-square-meter property. This project adds to Etobicoke’s existing reputation as a commercial and industrial stalwart.
