MGI Construction carried construction services in Toronto to satisfy the contract requirements outlined by Buttcon Ltd. To provide more community and recreational space for the people of Toronto, we executed a complete site excavation for the Canoe Landing Community and Recreation Centre. Before commencing our earthworks services, we were responsible for the land clearing activities and performed remediation work to ensure that the land was safe, and any toxic pollutants were removed from the site. Upon completion of our earthworks and environmental services, we prepared the site for further development. This preparation included the installation of water and sewer lines for the building.
