A brand new industrial park was complete in Ajax, Ontario. MGI Construction was contracted for the heavy civil works for this project which included the supply and install of all drainage and containment structures, storm sewer systems, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer systems, and water/fire main systems. Torque Builders Inc was retained for the duration of the project to complete this industrial development set to create jobs and increase economic output.
