MGI Construction Corp. was hired by the municipal procurement department for the City of Barrie for the demolition of the existing building on site which was supplemented with the supply, installation, and removal of temporary fast panel fence, removal of erosion and sediment control, and disposal of hazardous materials and designated substances. This project took place in Barrie, Ontario, Canada which continues to consistently range in the 5-10% population growth rate year-over-year.
