The site was previously occupied by a single-storey commercial warehouse building occupying approximately the southeast two-thirds
of this location. The site, rectangular and occupying approximately 1,890 square meters, is bound by Logan Avenue to the west, commercial properties to the north, and residential dwellings to both the east and south. The surrounding property uses within 250 meters are predominantly mixed residential and commercial use. MGI Construction performed the complete demolition of the existing warehouse within this space, allowing for redevelopment.
