Situated on a 24.88-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Highway 50 and Countryside Drive, the site required extensive civil works to accommodate future business park use. MGI’s scope included excavation, grading, and site servicing in compliance with City of Brampton, Peel Region, and TRCA guidelines, ensuring the property was properly prepared for development.
