Concrete Recycling, Aggregate Crushing and Screening – Complete Interior/Exterior Demolition and Abatement, Asset and Salvage Recovery

We strive to demolish your expectations with our demolition and abatement services. Whether your construction project involves selective demolition or complete structural demolition, MGI Construction Corporation is your top choice for an experienced demolition contractor. Every demolition project, be it structural or interior, is truly a unique situation and carries its own set of distinct properties and features. Our team can assess the job with a view towards efficiency as well as both health and safety and the environment using modern equipment and a specialized plan tailored to the project. In this, our in-house engineering and administrative staff analyze and verify the proposal in conjunction with the scope of work to ensure that demolition procedures are synchronized with the methodology. There are many aspects to consider, some of which include:

Regulatory Environment

Surrounding Community

Waste Removal and Subsequent Concerns

Legal Frameworks

Salvaging and/or
Asset-Investment Recovery

Proper Handling of
Hazardous Materials

With our shared concern for the environment, we strive to maintain a high standard for proper management of the subsequent environmental impact of new or existing construction and demolition projects. In this, we use only registered recycling facilities for the disposal of all debris as per MOECC and MOL guidelines and divert a large portion of demolition debris (e.g., asphalt, concrete, drywall and plaster, scrap metal, roofing materials, mixed inert waste, wood) away from landfills and toward accredited recycling facilitates.

We have come a long way since the days of the beloved wrecking ball. Our demolition team has successfully handled many demolition projects since then and now boasts state-of-the-art Volvo, John Deere, Hitachi, and Caterpillar heavy equipment including those with high-reach capabilities.

We cautiously navigate through the procedures and processes in order to ensure the project is completed in a cost-effective and timely manner.

We keep it together when everything else is falling apart.
